We are 5-Star Facility looking for a Physical Therapist to join our experienced team!!!
Our goal is to provide the best care for our patients to help them succeed in their independence with and achieve their highest level of function. With a Focus of quality of care and adherence to state and federal documentation guidelines.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance and functional mobility
·Instruct, educate, and train patients and caregivers in the skills and functions essential for promoting patient independence and productivity, in order to diminish or correct pathology.
Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Program with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy
Must be licensed in the State of Massachusetts as a Physical Therapist.
